FOREVER LIVING PRODUCTS

FLP is a global aloe vera empire. From skin creams to juices, the millions of worldwide distributors and business owners that make up the company know how to sell everything under the sun (which is good, because aloe vera...sun protection...you get it).

To celebrate their 40th anniversary in 2018, FLP came to me with a not-so-modest proposal: write a book featuring 40 individual success stories to be launched at FLP's Global Rally in Dallas. Over the course of three months I interviewed distributers and employees in Canada, Brazil, Angola, Greece, Philippines, Tanzania and more, often through translators and (more often) at 2am. I heard stories of trials and tribulations, long odds, incredible work ethic and resounding success, then tried my best to do them justice in print.

The result was a sweet coffee-table book - 162 pages! - that's unlike anything I've made before - part commemorative keepsake, part biographical collection, part Chicken Soup for the Business Owners' Soul.
