Checkers (and its sister restaurant Rally's) is known for its crazy food options, like a burger with french fries on it, a fish and chips sandwich, and an ice cream thing with a hole literally drilled into the middle of it and filled with liquid sugar. I mean, just look at that thing down there.
Needless to say, they like to break the rules of fast food, especially in a marketplace that's slowly but surely shifting into health-conscious mode. Checkers is unabashedly fast food. Shouldn't their radio campaign break the rules too?
And then there's this one, which was deemed TOO HOT FOR RADIO in Tampa and was pulled after 2 days. My crowning advertising achievement to date.
